Staff were excellent, friendly. Facilities were excellent.- The location was particularly good, just off the local theatre, shopping, and close to attractions like Head of Steam Railway Museum.- Nearby Durham Tees Valley Airport was convenient.- A market setting

The location is incredible, being really close to the station and nearby Durham Tees Valley, as well as restaurants, bars, and the shopping center. The property has a pleasant, old-fashioned charm.3. The breakfast was delicious and marvelous, with 3 courses and a drink 

The setting was amazing, just off the commercial centre of the town with plenty of shops and cafes, the train station which is very historic, and eating places.

The room had not very good views.

Excellent location near the seafront, shopping areas, and dining options. Lovely tapas restaurant on-site. Modern room with a bathtub and additional drink options.

Booked a standard queen room with nice bathroom. The location was great and fab, close to Darlington Civic Theatre. There was a wide array of bars and restaurants.

This place has a fantastic location and the standard double room is well-equipped with coffees and all the necessary facilities, including a 10" screen.

This place offers top-notch services, fashionable and clean rooms with incredibly comfortable beds, and also provides wake-up service, with the convenience of private off-site parking available.

The location is fabulous with a gorgeous view of St Cuthbert Church, so we plan to return.
